Problems
We will work on four problems: three related to smart energy and one concerning telecommunication networks.
The energy topics address maintenance scheduling for large power plants in modern energy markets, energy management for pools of households equipped with batteries, EVs, PV systems and heat pumps, and the design and control of hybrid storage solutions in decentralised energy systems, with a focus on the interplay between batteries and green hydrogen storage.
The network project considers Moving Target Defense approaches for improving network security.
