SAMM 2015: Registration




To register for the SAMM 2015 please carefully read this page before following the registration-link below. With this link you will be directed to a registration form where you will be asked to provide the following information:
  • Title
  • Last name
  • First name
  • Affiliation/Institution
  • Department
  • Name of your supervisor (mandatory for participants without doctoral degree)
  • Letter of motivation (mandatory, at most 1500 characters)
  • Street/POBox
  • Postal code
  • City
  • Country
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Arrival date
  • Departure date
The letter of motivation is mandatory for registration and participation at the SAMM 2015. When submitting the form (by clicking "register now") you will receive an email, confirming that we have received your registration. Subsequently, based on your letter of motivation, it will be decided whether you will be admitted as a participant at the SAMM 2015. You will be informed about the decision via email within 2 weeks after submission date.

Moreover, all participants of the SAMM 2015 are highly encouraged to present a poster during the poster session taking place in the afternoon of Tuesday, September 08, 2015.
For this, you are kindly asked to submit the title & abstract of your poster
  • either during the registration procedure
    (by clicking "yes" when asked about the poster, and by subsequently providing title & abstract of the poster in the designated fields)
  • or independently of the registration procedure via email to samm2015@wias-berlin.de.
    In that case, click "I submit later" during the registration procedure and send title & abstract by email to the above address not any later than 31.7.2015.
