Problems

We have solicited 5 challenging problems from 5 companies for the workshop.

  • A multinational engineering and technology company wants us to develop fast surrogate models for certain chemical reaction equations.
  • A major operator of energy networks has posed two problems, one is concerned with statistical modeling and the development and optimisation of correction algorithms for gauging tasks in gas chromatography analyses.
  • The second topic is to develop ideas and concepts for realising a digital twin of an integrated grid utilisation and grid operation model for hydrogen.
  • A provider of engineering services and software solutions in the field of embedded systems wants us to develop a robust approximation architecture for reinforcement learning in industrial testing.
  • A multinational electric utility company wants us to investigate the role of aggregators for a further flexibilisation of electricity markets.
