DFG publishes Funding Atlas 2024
The DFG Funding Atlas presented on November 25, 2024 shows outstanding successes of the WIAS in obtaining funding from the German Science Foundation in the period 2020-2022:
- In the natural sciences, WIAS achieved the best result of all Leibniz, Max Planck and Fraunhofer Institutions in terms of participation in DFG-funded collaborative programs.
- In total, the institute was able to acquire DFG funding in the amount of €11.1 million. This corresponds to the fourth highest value in the ranking of the more than 95 Leibniz institutions.
