Workshop at Weierstrass Institute, Berlin, January 17, 2020
Overview
Peter Mathé has been working at the Weierstrass Institute since 1987 (KWI at that time). After its restructuring he works within the Research Group 'Stochastic Algorithms and Nonparametric Statistics' (FG6). His mathematical interests range from complexity theory of numerical problems, both by using deterministic and Monte Carlo methods, to various aspects of inverse problems. On the occasion of his retirement friends and/or frequent coauthors will shape this one-day workshop.
