"Restricted Mean-Field games: Analysis and Algorithms"

within the DFG Priority Program SPP1962 “Non-smooth systems and complementarity problems with distributed parameters: simulation and multistage optimization“.

The aim of the post is to carry out research in the field of game theory with partial differential equations and application.  Furthermore, research results will be published in scientific journals, presented at conferences and a dissertation will be written in the above mentioned main topic.

Prerequisite: A scientifically oriented person with an above-average master's/diploma degree in mathematics with a focus on applied mathematics; knowledge in the field of theory or numerics of partial differential equations and in optimization or game theory. Furthermore, the holder of the position is willing to cooperate with users and subject-related colleagues.
