The goal of the workshop is to bring together researchers working on reinforcement from a variety of perspectives, including urn models, preferential attachment, edge and vertex reinforced random walks, and learning-inspired stochastic dynamics. A further aim is to stimulate discussion around emerging directions, including models with non-trivial spatial interactions and connections to reinforcement learning, including multi-armed bandit models.
The scientific programme will start on the morning of Tuesday, November 03, and end in the early afternoon on Friday, November 06.
On Thursday afternoon there will also be a discussion session, “Probability meets AI”.

The venue of the workshop is the main building of the Weierstrass Institute at Anton-Wilhelm-Amo-Str. 39 in 10117 Berlin-Mitte.
Getting there
The Institute is close to the U-Bahn stations Stadtmitte and Hausvogteiplatz, on the U2 line.
The venue is wheelchair accessible by prior arrangement. Please let us know if you have any specific accessibility needs. We can provide and sponsor child care during the workshop. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
