Description:

The project is devoted to the theoretical investigation of the nonlinear behavior of complex laser devices with nanostructured semiconductor materials by means of effective modeling, simulation, and numerical bifurcation analysis. In the third funding period the research will be focused on the following types of semiconductor lasers:

Along with the analysis of these devices, we will perform theoretical investigations on localized structures of light in active and passive laser systems and the effect of delayed feedback on their dynamics and stability properties.
